What are the delivery charges for orders from Tape Depot?

After you put at least one item in your cart, upon checkout you can calculate shipping charges.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our internal systems inform us when an order comes in. Upon review we will send to the warehouse for packing. Once packed, and made ready to ship, we update the status of your order from processing to ready for delivery. You will get an email when the order leaves our facility.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will recieve the invoice via email, and you can always check your my-account page for order history.
